We run on the fuel and fumes of our feelings.
Without clarity of our purpose, we run on the fuel and fumes of our feelings, which means we are not in control of the direction we are going and tend to wander off the path of the meaningful impact we make for others and for a better world.
We are driven by what we feel, and when we have BIG feelings, we are able to focus and move in the direction of making others feel through the meaningful impact we make.
But feelings are not sustainable because there is nothing to grab onto, nothing tangible to return to when daily life takes you away from them.
That is why we have to identify the feelings we have felt or never want to feel again (our purpose) so we have something tangible to come back to and pick up where we left off, making meaningful impact and a better world.
