One Of The Biggest Changes Since Identifying My Purpose.

One of the biggest personal and professional changes since identifying my purpose is how I Show Up.

Showing up to an uncomfortable, uncertain networking or social gathering used to be all about me. Will I know anybody? Will I fit in? Will I say the right thing? Will I be wearing the right clothes? Will I have something smart to say? Will they think I am stupid? Will I shame myself for afterwards?

All this to say, enjoying and contributing to the event and my purpose was impossible.

Now, when I show up with clarity of my purpose, my objective in life, the reason I am in business, I listen to others, not the self-obsessive rhetoric playing over and over in my head. I listen for new ideas and possibilities, opportunities to contribute and collaborate, feedback, and even criticism, and I do it for those I serve in my community and business through my purpose.
