The Logic Behind Manifestation

Years ago, I tried thinking, envisioning, and journaling a really big goal into existence that I thought would help me move forward with my best life. While waiting for the “magic” to happen that I had seen others perform, I couldn’t help but be skeptical. I kept thinking they had some type of logic I was missing, and it wasn’t until recently, when I read the definition of manifestation, that I realized what that logic was: a theory.

The definition of manifestation is…an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.

You see, those “magical people” who were able to manifest their goals didn’t start by thinking, envisioning or journaling about an event, action, or object they thought they wanted to better their own life; they started with their own unique theory about how to better the lives of others and created an event, action, or object that embodies, shares and proves their theory.

We all have a theory of how the lives of others could be better because it is grounded in our life experiences, and it is the logic that makes us move forward with our best lives.

What does this have to do with Leading With Purpose? Your theory is your purpose. It is a formless, abstract idea that is the foundation and logic you are bringing into existence or, by definition, manifesting into something tangible so we can all move forward with our best lives.
